Reactive Service and Preventive Maintenance
Archway’s service team provides responsive, on-call repair services for food preparation, cooking, and holding equipment across all commercial kitchen departments, including meat, bakery, deli, produce, self-service, and hot-holding areas. Our skilled technicians are trained to service most makes and models, both electric and gas, ensuring fast, efficient repairs whenever and wherever they’re needed. In addition to reactive service, we offer scheduled preventative maintenance programs designed to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan, with after-hours, weekend, and emergency support available to meet the demands of busy commercial kitchens.
Route Service Division
Archway’s Route Service Division provides regularly scheduled visits to customer locations, offering a proactive solution for maintaining essential foodservice equipment. Services include the replacement of band saw blades and meat grinder plates and knives. Archway also offers its own private-label food-grade lubricating oil, bottled onsite to ensure quality and consistency, helping customers minimize downtime and maintain efficient, hygienic operations.
Archway also offers a nationwide blade exchange program.
